On the first page of each forum is a button at the top left, called
"new thread"
You click on that and a text box will open for you to start a new thread. Choose your title carefully, as it cannot be edited by you after it is posted. If you make an error in a post or want to add to it, the "edit" button is at the bottom of the post, near the middle of the post. You have 24 hours to correct or change something. Then that window closes and the edit button will disappear.

The "new thread" button only shows on the first page of each forum (the index page). It does not show when you are reading a post.

I hope this helps.

I wish you all the best. It sucks being young and in so much pain
