Welcome to NeuroTalk. I have experienced what you mentioned. For me, it was a swinging reaction to a medication. It can also be caused by a serious drop in blood sugar. The shakiness can be caused by an adrenal reaction.
Do you have access to a blood sugar meter and Blood Pressure measurement kit? If your BP is up after, it may explain the shakiness. Low glucose can precipitate the absence seizure.
A 5 hour glucose tolerance test may help. Are you dieting on a limited calorie intake?
