Question Deep Muscle Spasms?

About 20 years ago I was diagnosed with Spastic Dysphonia.
About 4 years ago, I was diagnosed with Occular Migranes.
Over the past 3 years or so, I have had pains that start in my right lower chest, and goes up my neck into my jaw, and then around my back into my left lower chest. It gets strong, then weak, then strong, weak, etc. Like muscle contractions, and goes on for about 2 hours. If I lay down, it gets worse, and is usaully, at night.
My neurologist told me it was Deep Muscle Spasms. He told me that I was prone to Spastic Dysphonia. He gave my muscle relaxers, that i can't take on a regular basis since they make me fall asleep. Since then, my insurance changed, and I no lonfger have a neurologist.
Now, I have a general practitioner that I have mentioned this to, he seems to not have much concern about it. Over the years, I fine I can take Ibuprofin, and Baking Soda in water and that helps, as long as I don't lay down. I also noticed it occurs almost immediately, if I drink wine , or soda.
it sounds, to me, like esophageal reflux. My MD says I do have Esophageal Reflux. But all that I read about that, never mentions muscle spasms.
Could the acid reflux, cause stimulate dystonia symptoms? It feels like my muscles in my chest are contracting, and muscles my neck and jaw are tight, and stiff.
Cardiac tests have all been negetive. UGI only showed some Esophageal reflux.
I could swear it's my Dystonia. But I can't find anyone else mentioning anything like this.
Could the Occular Migranes be related to Dystonia too?
Anyone have any ideas or info about this?
