I also am sorry you grew up in that kind of environment.
It makes sense of lots of the things that make you anxious too.

So when you start to get anxious its very much possible you start
to remember your childhood. And think someone like that is around
the corner. So it makes you not want to look out and see what is
going on.

So if it would help to talk about it please feel free too.

We are hear to listen. But I'm guessing it would probably make it
worse. So just talk when you can.
