Default Long Term PCS

I would greatly appreciate any advice/support ideas on how to deal with recovering from from long terms symptoms of PCS. I have had 5 concussions in my life, the 5th occurring in January of this year. The one in January seemed moderate, but the PCS symptoms have been much longer lasting than any other concussion. I have been to every medical/psychological specialist under the sun (including neck/ear specialists and trying acupuncture) and I'm not seeing material improvement. On most days I feel light headed and nauseated, some days worse than others. I have tried mild exercise (through therapy), mild work hours, no exercise, no work for extended periods, and everything in between. The symptoms seem to improve/get worse with no consistency based upon my level of work/physical activity (i.e., I can't figure out what will make me feel better), although if I push myself hard clearly the symptoms get worse. For the most part I have rested for much of these 10 months and I am becoming increasingly frustrated as the doctors can't seem to tell me anything new. I know there are no easy solutions, but I am worried that this could last the rest of my life. Has anybody has a similar experience or advice regarding other steps I could take to help improve my situation? Thank you.
