Hi..was having all sorts of leg cramps.... very, very painful.... what surely helped me was:
lots of water..( i now have a 5 gallon water jug with a notebook and glass neaRBY..MAKING SURE i GET ABOUT 8- 10 Glassed PER DAY...., moderate exercise, combination subliment of Calcium, Magnesium, POtasium( a whole food vitamin preferred) and MSM tablets.... this does the trick for me....
