I probably should have searched for this topic, but at the moment, I'm just tired and my head hurts. I went to the neurologist today, and she is telling me that I am having rebound headaches. Does anyone else get these? What do you do to "cure" yourself of them.

She is suggesting NO caffiene, no artificial sugars and to change some of my meds around.

Also, she is hoping the numbness in my face is purely headache related or diabetes related.
