Im so so sorry your both are going thru this -- truly is a miracle!!! It appears medically he is in great hands. I had acdf and doing pretty well ....2 yrs out a bit of shoulder issues but-- Im sorry as your husbands condition is so complex I really dont have advise except always seek 2 or 3 consults before any surgery.
