Thanks. I will try icing. Does this just provide temporary relief. Because, if so, i'm not sure that the discomfort of having ice on my neck is better or worse than the mild discomfort I'm constantly enduring.

I'll ask my IMS physiotherapist tomorrow what she thinks about cervical vertebra manipulation. She is very knowledgeable in her field and she knows a lot about PCS since her son has it.
