Fred, I hope somebody answers that. I am in the same boat that you are in. I can live like this though I wish I were better. I don't want to go on if I am bedridden on a respirator.

What my understanding is this:

Some people get better.
Some people stay the same.
Others get worse.

I hope that it won't get worse.
