no feeling
Hi. When I had radial nerve palsy, and had no feeling from the mid forearm down, manual range of motion of the effected side with my good hand helped. So did some warm water soaks.
When you have no ability to move a body part and or no feeling, range of motion exercises, even if you are moving the body part with your hands, will keep circulation going and prevent contractures or "foot dropsy". At night, you can also place a padded, firm surface that will keep your foot in an uprght position.
