Default Hi

Hi

Im not sure if this is of any help. I had my implant in August 2010 and had a new battery(faulty battery initially) fitted in February 2011. After having the second battery fitted I was feeling very nauseaous and aching all over. I went back to my Pain Management consultant and he did think it might be infection but then discovered that it wasnt. I tried to rack my brain to see why I could be feeling so sick. The only solution that I had was that while I had the implant put in I was on antibiotics and my painkillers were reduced. Was I having withdrawals from the painkillers???? Was I having a reaction to the antibiotics???? I dunno......but I felt so sick and fluey at the time. Have you changed your medication? or maybe on some that your not used to?......But once I started back on my pain meds I started to feel a lot better, but it was an awful time until I did.....

Hope you are feeling better very very soon

Take care

Jackie
