I'm so sorry to say this, but I think you are doing something dangerous. If you exercise until your symptoms are this severe, you are pushing your MG very hard (assuming it's MG). MG pushes back. There is evidence that with MG, if you wear out one group of muscles, other groups of muscles can get weak, too. If the weakness affects your breathing muscles, that's life-threatening. If your swallowing muscles get weak, you can choke.
