Psychotic effects are caused by the combination of three things:

1. Genetics. For example, about half of all schizophrenics have a known nerve virus embedded in their DNA.
2. Ingestion of volatile sugars, like fructose, pure glucose and the amylopectin in wheat. They raise blood sugar and grow fungus.
3. Ingestion of exorphin opioids, especially wheat gliadin and milk casein.

You can change the way your epigenetic proteins pass codes to and from your DNA via diet changes. Stop ingesting harmful carbohydrates ......all dairy, grassy grains, legumes (peanuts, beans and peas), and nightshades (potatoes, tomatoes and peppers). And above all, stop ingesting anything which tastes sweet. Boost your intake of meat and fat.

Do these things and you will improve. Don't do them and you won't improve.
