The floaters are real but not new. Your concussion has left your brain unable to ignore or filter out things like eye floaters. It would normally be considered an anxiety disorder. They have always been there just now you see them and can't get your mind to ignore them.

The same problem is common with tinnitus. The tinnitus make be new but to make it much worse, the brain can not ignore or filter out the sound sensation.

You need an extended period of quiet rest. Quiet rest is the only known therapy for the cognitive and memory based symptoms. It will also help with the head aches.
