It depends on how low you were to begin with.
If you had 800 for a reading before supplements, you would not
respond much to more B12.
If you were 200 or less? You might respond more quickly. Within a month.
Dose is also a factor. And type you take. Methylcobalamin is the best form to use orally. You have to take it on an empty stomach to insure it will be absorbed at all. 5mg a day would give faster results than 1mg a day.
