Mark has posted some very helpful cues that could be useful.

However, it also sounds as if you may not be at a point that could be considered ready for full time return to that environment, and a 20 % disability may need to be reconsidered.

You might need to return to your Care giver for review, and even have them readdress some of the situations you have presented here - stress induced return and compilation of symptoms are something many in practice fail to realize are real..........spend time with them to help them realize the reality, and if they can't see it, ask for a referral to someone who will listen...rather then stick with what they already labelled.

Things do change and not always to the good......especially if stress is still triggering things.
