Hi and welcome to our forum. I too would be happy to weigh 150 pounds. Yes, I like junk food too and ice cream. That's our trouble and giving it up isn't easy. Lizard can tell you best how to do it by keeping a diary. I know it helps, but I'm not good at doing it. I lose very slow also. Liz, where are you today?
