Sue -the only reason I quit smoking is I knew I was going to be spending lots of times in the hospital and it would be miserable time. I would be MORE miserable if I were desperate for a cigarette. Besides - my first days without a smoke I would be WIRED to a hospital bed. I couldn't change my mind. I wonder if that would work for starting a diet???
