Towards the bottom of the page there's a video of the Semont Maneuver to click on. I've done something like it before. I'd been avoiding it because it causes intense vertigo while you're doing it...but I finally did it, and it seems to have fixed the problem, at least for now.

There are warnings about the safety of this maneuver, especially for people who don't know for sure that what they have is benign paroxysmal positional vertigo. So don't try this at home without asking your doctor first.
