I've taken varying doses of NAC over the years, and/but IMO, no individual's results should be taken to predict others' results.

If it can't hurt to try it, then it can't hurt to try it.

NSAIDs can be hard on liver & kidneys both, and while NAC can help protect both, I wouldn't advise abusing them based on that, and I'd still have my doctor regularly monitor organ function.
