Doesn't make much sense to me, but what do I know?
Just read a post somewhere of someone who was seen by a neurologist, who thought he should see a rheumatologist, who thought he should see an endocrinologist, who thought he should see a neurologist.
You could probably create a physican-patient perpetuum mobile like that with patients going in a maze from one to the other for ever. (possibly it could even create some energy?).
