Did you actually READ that link? NSAIDs only shares a page with different information, with the NAC topic. So a search will bring that page up automatically. We see this kind of thing often with Google searches which are often mixed in content.

I don't see an actual study on PubMed either. There is some hinting around about using NAC along with NSAIDs for inflammatory control. The mechanism that NAC uses to help with tylenol toxicity is rather specific. The chemistry of NSAIDs is very different.
