Try eliminating all nightshade veggies from your diet.
Tomatoes and esp tomato sauces
Potatoes
Eggplant
chillis and peppers
Some people are very intolerant of these and get burning from
them. Spices like curry, cumin, hot sauces, jalopenos etc
