Glad you are getting some response about this medication. Lots of people take the med here and do quite well. However it is also known to cause alot of side effects. I can't take the med. I tried three times, and felt awful. could not sleep, much the same as you. Also got depressed, and sick to my stomach. If you are having real trouble, sleep issues, call your doctor. sleeping well is so hard to do when a person has RSD or PN etc. to begin with. If the medication hurts you more than helps you, it is time to try something else. It really varries person to person.
