The meds (not even going to try to spell it) is for insomnia and headaches. I wake up often, therefore am not getting good sleep. I haven't woken up in the middle of the night for almost a week.
I hit my head higher than the neck, on the back, middle to right side.
I have my contrast low on my computer at work.
I found myself really nauseous one day and realized I had changed my computer wallpaper to something with "soft" colors, but it had depth and that was making me dizzy. Arggghh!
I tried driving at night last weekend and found out I could if I had to, but after about 10 minutes, I came back home and was exhausted. I greatly dislike halogen headlights. I felt I needed to see my limitations since we are going into winter. Daylight hours are getting limited. I live close to my job, so it shouldn't be an issue.
I am learning a lot from this. Not only medically, but what is really important in life. It's frustrating even though I have the best situation given the circumstances (lots of support at home, work, etc). People still wonder how I am doing and there isn't a lot to tell, because it just "is how it is".
Thank you Mark and everyone. I truly need this forum to help me understand it is not all in my head and to learn. I just hope I can "pay it forward".
