AFAIK, reimbursement is through insurance. Look to the policy or call the company.

Are you describing a form of 'drop foot'?

I can relate somewhat. I have a couple of lumbar discs that are so compressed I have bone on bone. My own endurance on outtings has dropped over tha past 3 years from 8 hrs. down to about 1-2 hrs.
