The curcumin component of turmeric is also part of the natural anti-inflammatory treatment that my son is on for his Crohn's Disease. It was recommended that we use the formula that is blended with Boswellin (we use the one by NOW)

The more I am learning about the benefits of turmeric, the more I am appreciating this spice. There was a recent study done on its benefits in breast cancer treatment too

I also now use it in cooking a lot more.

Wouldnt it be great if food manufacturers used it instead of the yucky yellow 5 etc to color food!!
