Ok, this explains in detail what this actually is-

The Jacobson Resonator
08/23/2012
The Jacobson Resonator was named by NASA engineers, at the Stennis Space Center in Mississippi, who first prototyped the investigational device in 1996. It is an electromagnetic (Helmholtz configuration- see
www.drjerryjacobson.com) that produces extremely weak magnetic fields. The magnetic fields were calculated by the unified field equation known as Jacobson Resonance. This equation was first used in 1979 to predict the nature of the magnetic profile of humans, and other living systems. The magnetic forces are about 10 million times weaker than the natural magnetic field of the Earth, and billions of times weaker than MRI.
Professor David Cohen of MIT first measured these magnetic fields in association with the human brain and heart (1971) but he and his colleagues believed them to be noise , emanating from stronger interactions. Jacobson, in 1979, predicted the existence of such forces, independently (not knowing of their measurement), that is, these weak magnetic fields are vital to living systems; whereas, disease or injury changes then strength (and frequency) of living tissues. Renormalization of naturally occurring magnetic fields, is essential, and Jacobson collaborated with researchers are major universities to study the effects of these calculated forces on animals. (Mice and dogs)
Thus, it was demonstrated that Jacobson Resonance magnetic fields exerted a profound effect on living systems.
The theory behind the equation was simple. It proposed that matter and space communicated through magnetic resonance. Furthermore, it was concluded that there is no such thing as empty space, but extra-dimensional matter/energy existing in a perfectly ordered and designed state (making it physically undetectable by man).
