Welcome to Neuro Talk. Be at ease here. I hope you will get some responses. I am F, but I have a friend who is in the same boat. He is just a bit older than you. He had too many surgeries, and too many medications. You need to seek a Sexual Therapist, or a field of medicine called a physiatrist. They treat the whole person, not just the symptoms. Maybe you are on too many medications. The list is HUGE, of medications that cause this problem. Blood pressure medications, pain medications, are just two examples. There really is hope for this without more intervention, with shots, etc. That frankly if I were a guy would be my last resort! I hope that you continue to go forward, and find the kind of help, who can pick apart, your injuries, in conjunction with all your medications. We will support you here at NT, no matter what the problem is. Go with your wife to any appointment, and lean on each other while you seek a solution.
