Who did you see down here? Not all neurologist are great as you know. If your heahaches don't go away, maybe I can suggest someone OK? You need your sleep, and a doctor who has some compassion. Maybe meds. arn't the answer, but someone who understand headaches can do more for you than what this doctor did. PM me, there is help out there, you just have to go find it.
