Some Chinese places offer brown rice. Ask and see. Brown rice
does not impact the blood sugar as fast as white rice.

I don't eat much of the rice at all otherwise. I have a little bit.

Also MooShoo entries have lower carbs.

It is carbs in moderation. Not large servings. You can also get
a side order of just veggies, and that can take the place of most of the rice. Fried choices, with breading on them, introduces alot of carbs (and also more fat). I typically have seafood that is not fried.
Shrimp with snow peas is one of my favorites.

When cooking at home, try Barilla Plus pasta. It has added protein so you can be satisfied with less. This helps cut down on carbs too.
