What meds are you taking?
Stop trying to self diagnose. CSA is not very common. Plus, it take decades to it to cause a cumulative problem.
Your anxiety is your worst enemy.
I take gabapentin before bed. It helps my brain and body relax. It is an anti-seizure med and has very few side effects. I'd be asleep except I have peripheral neuropathy and my feet are burning up right now.
Go read a book and fall asleep.
