I too experienced dehabilitating headaches. The only way I got through the 1st 4 months was through taking hydrocodone. My primary care Dr. then put me on Amitryptaline, since narcos are not good for long term use. It took a couple weeks for the Amitryptaline to work, but it provided much relief for my headaches. I still get headaches occasionally, but they are manageable and largely related to how much stimulus I'm exposing myself to.

Others have experienced success with amitryptaline so it's definitely something I'd try out.
