Jason please slow down. The most common mistake made with PCS is doing too much. At the rate you are going your recovery will take many times longer than necessary. You may very well want to seek a nueropsych assessment.

Your grammar and spelling are off. As well as the ideas you are communicating are not cohesive. I have been on this forum for 5 months. While others have been here much longer said mistake has been posted very often.

If you truely want to recover then you are going to have to take it seriously. Keep partying and overstimulating and you can find yourself going down a whirlpool. Your symptoms can and for some have increased to the point of making any normal functioning impossible.

Once that point is reached and your head forces you to slow down, your recovery time will be very long and difficult. Give yourself what you need most, rest. Quiet rest at that. Take a break from the partying for a while. You may very well want to consider your diet and any supplements you are missing.
