have you tryed tylanol pm.? and a breath right nasle stip they work grate for the cloged up thing, there are also some aromatherapy sleel oils that work fantastic I use them for my grandson who has Add and Odd and the meds. make it hard for him to sleep his mother realy did not want to add even more meds.for him to sleep so I make him relaxation baths and sleep oils for the defuser we got for his bedroom these work fantsatic for him I coud give you some recipes if you would like to give them a try
