Have you even tried an IFC stim {interferential}?
to compare against the TENS?

I use a less expensive muscle stim at time now but I really liked the IFC that the chiro has much better.
The laser he has worked great for me too- if I ever get worse I would try to buy one of each of those and a far infra red sauna.
