I have had this problem for years with clothing and shoes -- I have switched to the softest, loose fabric's I can buy. I just recently bought new PJ's even though my old ones were fine - just because I need the SOFT touch everywhere on my body. Bra's are the worse for me... again, on to the softest I can find. I live in slippers when home - found some called snoozies that feel like a babies blanket. Usually when it gets as bad as you describe I need more meds - for the first two years I couldn't even wear shoes. Best wishes to you through your challenge!
