Well, weighed in and phew I amd down another pound. Hope to be down another 5 by memorial day. Reasonable I hope.

I may have to change my avatar... . I have been so good for the last month and down 9 lbs so the other day someone at work brough in my all time fave food...cupcakes. So I decided I deserved one bite after doing so well and guess what....I decided it did not taste that good. HAHAHAHAHAHA. Am I cured?
