While for me also x 9 mos this year "nothing else is working for me to get to sleep", I am by now out of my rx
lunesta.
I am after dinner through the evening sipping on
2-3 cups of hot Celestial Seasonings Sleepytime Extra tea,
with milk and sweetener --- either a granulated coconut nectar or stevia natural, no-cal sweetener, e.g.
Pure Via available at grocery.
Also during the daytime I am using
Celestial Seasonings Tension Tamer tea for calming --- hot or iced, again with either a bit of coconut milk or a sweetener such as
Pure Via.
Note: Be sure to boil the water and steep the tea strongly; *do not microwave*.
The extra calcium & the
tryptophan of the warm milk seems to help me.
Also taking the magnesium supplement before bedtime, suggested by Mark.
