I wouldn't take ANYTHING with your thyroid medication.

Take it on an empty stomach 1 hr before any food. No calcium, iron or other minerals. No herbs etc. Best just to take with water.

Your Brad king product has piperine in it which may enhance absorption of some things. But I would not fool around with the levothyroxine.

You might want to try d-ribose for your fatigue and other "fibro like" symptoms. This can give you energy and help with sleep.

Ribose has shown some promise with Fibromyalgia patients.
In doses below 10 grams a day it has shown no negative effects on blood sugar.

I have no idea about the maca.

But to convert T4 which is your thyroid medication, you need adequate selenium and zinc.

You should get your B12 and Vit D tested. You could be low in B12 with the anemia. Get your numerical result and post it here. Many labs still have outdated low ranges for it as "normal"...and that is really over a decade old.
