Selling the house is a bugger Addy. I found out that no bank will finance anyone, unless this house meets code for citiziens (corrupt) insurance. This week I tent for termintes, and then I get a new roof put on, the trusses tied down as they were done in the 50's have have to meet new code. Even with doing that, no guarantees, so I say a good prayer or two nightly. My son is giving me a hand with all this. If I sell too cheap, I won't be able to afford anything down in this state, that is anywhere energy efficient, so I am really trying to do all the right things to make it happen.
