Lui,
I was in and out of that brain fog for a couple of months but it went away and I bet yours will go away soon. I know it is terrifying. I found that the more active I was the more likely I was to have brain fog the next day. I also found that if I rested and meditated (I do mindfulness meditation which my neurologist recommended), and ate healthy (no sugar or processed food), I was more likely to be able to think clearly. So, I think you can take some of the above actions to improve how you feel-you may find that you have more control than you think. My experience is that if the PCS does not resolve on its own then you will likely need to visit various docs for your symptoms. I don't know if that would be easier for you to do in Germany. Can you drop a class or two to give you more time to rest?
