HI -- I have RSD/CRPS and just stumbled upon this graded motor imagery as well, had never heard of it before, but just started going to a PT who specializes in patients with pain conditions. You can learn more about it on the gradedmotorimagery website, and you can do some of their brain training activities online (or download the app) for the Recognize left/right discrimination activity. Fascinating stuff, just starting it now but have high hopes for it!
