Abel, my neighbor friend is a nurse, who works 12-hr shifts.
She has recently tried
several of the over the counter sleep meds at Walgreen's and found that one in particular does work for her & then over time, will grow ineffective --- despite
all varieties/brands list the
same active ingredient of
diphenhydramine, which is essentially, yes,
benadryl.
What mg. dosage of
lunesta did you try?
(You may require a double-dose?)
And what mg. dosage of Ambien are you trying?
