during the first 10 weeks after my concussion i had almost no headaches (i had slight "normal" headaches sometimes but i used to have even before my concussion happened). I had that tingling too, but it didnīt really bother me that much.
Then i had sex (but it wasnīt really strenuous to me i wasnīt doing much) last saturday and a hot bath right after it and i got so massive headache that i ended up in a hospital. The worst pain one could imagine. The headache was on the right side of the head, also my right ear hurt and my right teeth hurt, both upper and bottom. So it was a triple headache. Also my eyes hurt (orbitas).
Means for me:
- no sex,
- no hot baths.

The limitations are just getting a bit too much.
