I've been diagnosed with PSS. Wondering is anyone else experiences these symptoms: a fullness/tiredness in the neck, shortness of breath, achy in the region. Happens when I use my arm, and when I talk a lot???

How much is too much? I have been told to rest and try to not move my arm until I meet with the surgeon. I am not sure what is too much.

Diagnosed with PSS, but no extra rib. Subclavian completely rerouted to jugular (with impaired function) when I raise my arm. Neck/head feel funny (full) when I look up or down for a while, when I talk too much (I'm a teacher), when I use that arm--from typing to dishes. Does anyone else experience this? How much should I cut back? Any suggestions/ideas?
Pss or vtos or effort thrombosis is very difficult to treat. Especially when the vein has been chronically occluded. Has anyone tried to reopen the subclavian vein? The sequence of treatment usually is first trying to reopen the vein with lytic therapy . Followed few days or sooner by decompession of the thoracic outlet with venolysis. I am trying hard to get everyone educated on all forms of tos. I have seen too many patients missmanaged over the years , if I can get everyone to know what I know , I will have done my duty. If anyone has pss. The treatment is immediate lysis of the vein. Follow by decompression. They longer you wait to open the vein the worse the outcome is. So waiting to havevthis done electively is not a good idea.
