Hi Lui. I have no help to offer you but I have the same symptoms as you! I have had brain fog for years now. It's just like living in a dream, like you said, and it's awful. Occasionally, resting will help, but it never completely goes away. It's gotten worse since my last concussion a few weeks ago. I also have the clicking in my neck, and it seems like, in my head. I'm going to the neurologist soon too. If you find out anything from the neurologist, please let us know! I can't imagine how hard this must be for you, dealing with this in another country, away from your family. Best of luck to you!
