T.V. is not my friend.
I have some periods where I watch a lot of tv.
I do a weird thing where I might watch the same movie over and over again --- for example when Showtime repeats a movie over 4 or 5 months.

->For the past three days, I have watched only an hour or two of t.v. and I feel good about that.
I have watched ZERO news. I feel great about that.
