Hi Mari I hope that you are getting some sleep. I didn't like personnel meetings either. Why didn't they fuss at the people who where causing the problems,instead of the whole crew. It's bad on the moral if you are carrying the weight of many,and doing you job well over many years.

People would say,"let it go in one ear,and out the other"."Let it roll off of your shoulder". I couldn't do that. I'd take it more personally. I gave them 100%,and more. Why did they fuss all of the time. They had people leaving the job sometimes the first day,to two weeks. I worked for them just under 14 years. Around the end,I couldn't get a raise.
